- Build trust: Trust can be actively promoted by proactively building interpersonal trust and communicating calculatively.

- Enable Development: Studies show that promoting people to senior positions within the company pays off. Reducing the brain drain and increasing productivity should also be your primary goals.
- Do not practice micromanagement: Micromanagement can lead to a decrease in motivation among your employees and a decrease in general work ethic in the department.
