Heat the milk over a low flame. When milk gets too hot, it starts to overflow. So keep an eye on her and keep the temperature low.

  • 3

Heat the milk slowly. Have patience. Keep stirring the milk as it heats it so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the pot.

Test the temperature. The milk should be warm but not so hot that you will burn yourself. Take some milk off with a teaspoon and drip it onto your wrist. If the milk doesn't feel too hot on your wrist, you can try it with your mouth.
