A holder can get two GST numbers

At the request of the owners or ex officio with the consent of the owners, two or more properties can be combined if they

the association is in the interests of administrative simplification. (Example property association *)

The land surveying office notarizes the above requirements (1st and 3rd) and notifies the competent land registry court. After the land registry court has completed the merger of the land, the land surveying office updates the cadastre.

* Example property association

In front of the property union, a building area is planted in the cadastre (previously also often referred to as a garden) with the property number 50, a building with the property number 100, a forest property with the property number 51 and an agriculturally used property with the property number 52.

After the unification, the cadastre shows a property with the property number 52 with usage sections.

The connection between the usage sections is shown by the connection bracket "Z". In the land register, sub-areas are marked with the indicator "T".

This form of representation is clearer, more economical and thus makes a contribution to administrative simplification.
