2 RATHI N-Flex The N-Flex couplings are among the most frequently used couplings worldwide. Claws grip into pockets buffered with elastic elements and transmit the torque in a puncture-proof manner. Even if the elastomer failed, the metal parts would still transmit the force. N-Flex couplings are available in 3 basic designs and 11 different sizes. The RN B version consists of part 1 with the elastic elements and part 4. Parts 1 and 4 are available with pre-drilled or pre-drilled holes. The RN A version consists of part 1 with the elastic elements, part 3 as a separately screwable claw part and the part as a hub part. By loosening part 3 from part, the hubs can stay on the shafts if the elements need to be replaced. The RN S (H) coupling has been developed with variable spacers for use on pumps. This version is available in 10 sizes. The parts used are available individually. Part 6 = spacer is available in different lengths. The N-Flex couplings dampen shocks, compensate for axial misalignments and only minimally load the connected drive elements. Due to the modular principle, assembling the suitable coupling from components is uncomplicated. The replacement of the wearing elements is possible without great effort. 7 RATHI B-Flex, pin coupling The RATHI pin couplings of the RB series are available in 7 different sizes. 9 RATHI pin coupling RC Conical elements The RC has been developed for more demanding tasks. The tight tolerances in production, the high-quality material of the bolts and elastic elements allow higher torques per size and a long service life. The conical buffers are staggered as packages. They have a linear damping characteristic. Simple assembly, very low maintenance, as only wear has to be checked, dismantling of the buffers without removing the coupling, high-quality cast hubs and durable nitrile rubber elements make this coupling a very interesting solution for demanding tasks in conveyor technology, on cranes, in power plants , in mining, on extruders, and much more. The couplings can be supplied with spacers, brake disks or drums, in combination with other flexible couplings and torque limiters. The couplings are intended for a temperature range from -30 to + 70 C. Optionally, the elastomers made of PU or Hytrel are available for higher loads and temperatures from -50 to plus 100 degrees C. The couplings in the RCT version are provided with bores for taper lock bushes, this simplifies storage if different bores are required for the same size .

23 RATHI Sleeveflex The RATHI Sleeveflex consists of flanges and an elastic inner part. The force is transmitted by means of the gears.
